By accessing, registering, or using Spine Title (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. It is your sole responsibility to read, understand, and comply with these rules. The inability to read, translate, or understand English does not exempt you from these Terms. If you do not understand or agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. Ignorance of these rules is not an excuse for any violation.

The Service is currently in a Closed Beta/Early Access phase. It is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The creator/operator of the Service makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the stability, quality, or continuous availability of the Service. We reserve the right to modify pricing, features, or shut down the Service at any time without prior notice or refund obligations.

You are solely responsible for any images, reference materials, or text you upload to the Service ("Input"), as well as the generated results ("Output"). Ownership and Rights: You strictly guarantee that you own all necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to use any uploaded reference images. Prohibited Actions: You agree NOT to upload copyrighted works without permission, and you agree NOT to use the Service to create direct copies, plagiarize, or infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. No Platform Liability: The Service functions purely as a graphical tool. The creator/operator of the Service has no control over what users upload or generate and strictly disclaims any responsibility for copyright infringement, plagiarism, or illegal use of the generated content by the user.

You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the creator, developer, and operator of the Service from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, losses, or legal fees arising out of or related to: Your violation of these Terms. Your infringement of any third-party intellectual property or copyright. Any legal disputes between you and third parties regarding the Output generated using our Service.

Under no circumstances shall the creator/operator of the Service be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, or legal disputes) arising from your use of the Service or your inability to use the Service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service, without notice or refund, if we suspect any violation of these Terms, including but not limited to the generation of plagiarized content or illegal materials.
